Drying

Our dryer has been acting up so while we wait a week for the repair man to come out, we got ourselves a clothes line. Two screws later, we were ready to roll. Lucky for us it's been super windy out. I can barely get all the clothes hung before the first ones are dry. I'm kind of liking this new system. Plus, the clothes are getting folded as they are coming off the line.

Science time

Snowball had her annual science fair last week. She wanted to do a project with eggs so we found a project that removes the shells. We compared organic, all natural and regular white eggs. We placed them in vinegar and watched to see which egg lost its shell first. According to her teacher, she had never seen this project before! Score! Unfortunately, someone else decided to do the same project this year. At least snowballs was more colorful and she compared more eggs :)

It's kind of cool to see inside the eggs! You should try it!

Last night was our turn to bring snack for Kaiden's softball team. I always try to bring something kind of healthy. We chose real fruit leather, granola bars and flavored water. I thought it sounded good! Last night I had to work so I leave the game in the first inning or so. Kyle was left handing out the snack after the game. He claims that the girls didn't like the snack and when they came to the cooler, they looked in and said "no thank you."  Well, needless to say, we have quite a bit if snacks left. I can't live like that. I can't disappoint small children. So today I went to costco and bought these
