First Day of School

First day of school for my kiddos

They were so excited!

Sophie is a big 4th grader

She knows what to expect, who her friends are and which teachers are the best

She ended up not having any friends in her class this year...she wasn't too happy

but we were! More time to focus on school work and less time to socialize!

Snowball is in 1st grade!

She was so excited that she couldn't finish all her breakfast.

She is excited to see her friends from last year and most of them are in her class!

She has 3 teachers and they all wear matching shirts so Kaiden thought that was cool!

I almost didn't get a kiss and hug this morning..but don't worry, I snatched her and gave her a big 'ol kiss! I only have a few more years of that before it's embarassing

And then little man

He is in all day preschool this year

He actually started on Monday but Daddy was in charge of drop off and we didn't get the official first day of school in front of the door picture

We were shocked to see how excited he was for school

Last year we had to use 2 people to wrangle him into his carseat and get him to school.

He would scream half way there but we knew he had fun

This year, he jumped out of the car and ran up to the gate. We couldn't get him to school fast enough!

It's so quiet..the house is clean, laundry done, beds made.
