Road trip

Saturday morning we rounded up the kiddos, strapped them into the truck and headed out for an adventure!

We ended up in Wickenburg and spent the morning exploring the old Cowboy town

We saw Cowboys and horses

Had a tour of a real Caboose and heard stories of how the cowboys traveled in the Caboose

Talked with prisoners still tied up to the tree known as Prison Tree

Ate desert before lunch

and still had half a day to explore!

So we jumped back into the truck and headed to Lake Pleasant

The girls practiced their driving skills

and really enjoyed being on a boat.

We took a tram back up to the truck and then we were all hungry

What better way to end the day but to have a late lunch with the sharks!

Our table was right next to the shark tank

The kids were mesmerized by the sharks

ate a big lunch and fell asleep on the way home.

Now that was an adventure day!
